Collections are curated lists of the works that define culture, from the greatest albums of every decade to landmark paintings, museum treasures, literature and performances, with links to listen, look, read or watch.
Food and Places to visit go country by country and continent by continent, so wherever you’re heading, or dreaming of, you can see what to eat and what to see.

Our lists are editorial selections, made to inspire rather than to be the last word, and we welcome suggestions. Photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and are credited to their authors. Opening times, events and prices change, so please check with a venue before you visit.
